While Antonella Barba grabbed all the headlines for her wild photos off the American idol screen, season five finalist Kellie Pickler's busom was the buzz after Thursday night's elimination show. The blonde bombshell was popping out on stage and many are asking the 'are they real' questions. TMZ.Com noticed and an item on their website points out that idol host Ryan Seacrest was quite the observer on stage.

The report notes that Kellie was clad in a very revealing low-cut dress when she made her triumphant return to "American Idol" last night, and gave Ryan Seacrest a breathtaking view of her newly acquired pair of - uh - shoes.
